Another upload for non-synthwavers: a commission for veggiebad on dA. Granted, this does have an obvious 90s vibe to it, but still. He wanted a theme that was somewhat reminiscent of the typical Nintendo rivals (i.e. Gary from the 1st generation Pokemon games), so I did this.
