when I get manic I normally have an episode and it's unsettling afterwards especially and it leaves me shaken for a while and more cloudy headed than normally

I usually just get the short bursts like you described. It does feel good but I can't imagine it going on for longer.

yeah when it goes on for longer it can be REALLY scary and i can't form coherent sentences or hold a proper conversation its just a mess
