This was during a period when I was doing free art due to inactivity and lack of popularity. This was the last free request piece I did, but I poured a bit into the inking by adding manga-like tones and effects. This was okay because both these dudes were good friends.

FreeSketch02 Request #5: for CommaChameleon (and Mezzo added in)

So first, Comma wanted this character hugging a Zergling. But then I took so long that he got himself out of the Starcraft 2 phase by the time I got near his turn. And then he suggested his character dressed as Street Fighter 4's Rufus performing his special. I agreed, but realized we needed a victim.

So I volunteered Mezzo. <:3c However, Mezzo doesn't play SF4 (or not to my knowledge) so we dressed him up as Guilty Gear's own Anji Mito. Except I didn't want to make him muscular because that is totally not Mezzo so pudge with pain.

When I finished inking, I realized there wasn't enough action in the lineart, so I added tone before posting. Sorry for all the previous FreeSketch recipients who lucked out of tone, but hey, it was free. >:C
