Now a junior in the PCA, this spunky Lucario girl is Flare Summer's best friend and unofficial teammate. Often times these two get into mischief together by roaming into places underage or picking fights with bullies. Well. Cari mostly does those things, Flare is just always caught in the crossfire.

To this day, I can't believe this was free.
