Meet Gizmo, the Android Eevee! Built as a prototype to be a friend and guardian who watches over small children, he's friendly and always looking to have a good time. However he is outrigged with many weapons in which the protocols to use them are unlocked with the use of Technical Machines. Gizmo has the ability to learn just about any TM out there and can store for more than just 4. For example, in this image, he's using Night Slash!

I like how Wasabi did the motion blur on his eyes. It's, by far, the thing I love the most about this image. <3
