[Full title: South Park x Halloween Horror Nights - The South Park Specter]

The South Park Specter is the Halloween Horror Nights alter ego of Eric Cartman which he uses to scare people.

According to Cartman, the South Park Specter is the ghost of a young man who passed away from an unknown illness on Halloween night and has returned from beyond the grave, bound in chains for his crimes, to haunt South Park, scaring its citizens and stealing their souls (and their candy). If he catches you, he will scare you to death and steal your soul.
