Gero; another From Rebirth Character and an Enhanced with a cranial chip that allows him to see,summon and direct ghost; and his little friend, Dracula Cypher; daughter of Dracula IV, adoptive child of Richard Cypher(friend's character), and a very strange,child-like young woman~. He likes to pester her~.
Also, a sidenote; the under part of his eyes that are red? They're actually suppose to be gold. I kinda forgot,like an imbecile~.
