Original description:
Based on another picture by swatcher for which I don't have the link handy (sorry, it was a year old).

Basically, it featured a dragon-like creature with its head completely turned 180 degrees (Celsius) such that his face was on the same side that his back was. I wondered to myself how exactly the creature managed to do that to itself. I've deduced that this is the only logical way that it could have happened.

It makes total sense in Science terms...
