Sometimes management needs to show appreciation to the company dino. Not because he did anything special today.
Not because he eats his raw meals in private, per coworker request.
Not even to keep his lips shut from revealing the existence of company dinos through 100% illegal transformation serums.

Mostly because he hasn't chosen violence today. He has a LOT of sharp parts.
