So this is what I went with and ran. I feel like its lacking something... a certain 'epic' look to it, if ye know what I mean. Should I continue with this design, add to it (what should be added), or change it?

I used a template of a human to try to size this properly. The reference photo used is about onpar with Evan's bodily proportions since he is not a very large being (roughly 4'1'' from the ear tips to the ground with him standing like a human, planti-foot).

In my writings/saga, the race of people associated with Thor and Procne are called 'Arians' (Ariel in plural form). Evan is one of them but inbred by sights of their High Kings however, he is still blessed with Arian abilities such as telekinetic, psychopathic, and uncanny reactions. Think of these people as Atlantians, very advanced in civilization and technology but mean and thy felt everyone not of Arian descendance was not worthy of breathing the same air as them. Mysteriously, they vanished from the face of the Earth.

This weapon is for my character, Evan Wexler, in this massive project I've taken on. Later in this saga Evan obtains a variant of a weapon his people only know as God, Lord Thor. With that said, this hammer is in the form of a staff that only Evan (its summoner) can weld and no one else at all.
