FELV has 2 stages. If it reaches the second stage, it's fatal.
This is how Roscoe's mum died. He also had it when he was born because of that.
And i'm very certain his dad got it as well. But him and his father were treated in time.
His mum, sadly, was not.

Roscoe's a very jumpy guy, and is scared of nearly EVERYTHING.
