Cream Puff doesn't spit spitballs. She spits fireballs; in fact, she is only one of two haizum who can launch fireballs (and explosive ones at that); the other being Regalis Sol, the queen of the haizum. In her case it's her lung strength that allows her to compress all that raw energy.
