"Haee is a young woman apprenticing at the Soothing Salvation tower, to become a full fledged Healer’s assistant, a Carer. Then she witnesses a great crime by one of the Master Healers. His first few attempts at her life fail, but it isn't before she figures out that the only way to be safe in the great city of Caschirè again is by making the Master Healer pay for his crimes, before he gets to her."
