Gongora Tricolor 0639

Pinkerton

A gorgeous orchid, the taciturn Gongora tricolor blooms infrequently and only for a few days, but when it does flower it can fill a house with an incredibly intoxicating scent unlike most other plants, even most orchids. In the wild this fragrance bomb strategy is used to attract the correct pollinators during their brief blooming period, making them able to reach a sparse population spread over a large area. On top of that, the flowers each look like wyverns! The whole spike is like a flock of tiny dragons that smell insane!
