Molly was once a human who was a bellhop for a hotel that had many upper class customers who were basically customers from hell. Working for the upper class and being treated like dirt was not a pleasant experience. Things got worse when she unintentionally got involved with the mafia since the person in charge of the hotel was a mafia boss. She was made to do things (stealing, hiding the bodies, etc) just so she could live. Sadly, she did eventually get killed in the cross fire. When she went to Krasix they went over what happened and was given a chance to live on Krasix. She chose to become a demon and now runs a motel for souls to stay before they go to their respective trials. No one can tell her "I would like to speak to the manager" because she IS the manager.
