Toxic was made by someone named Zatch who wanted to see if he could achieve artificial life. Toxic's physical (android) form is that of a canid, but when he is digitized he can be anything. His headset is so that he can communicate with Zatch when he's away. The eyeglass has advanced augmented reality technology and is most often used to identify objects and their chemical composition.
His primary function is to destroy things by using his mechanical fingers to inject them with a virus. He can fix things as well, often using his bare hands or spitting out a screwdriver that is kept inside his tongue and can be attached to any of his fingers.
Toxic is obedient and tries to stay on task. He has a tendency to underestimate how hard his missions are and get hurt as a result.
