I almost never give out gifts unless I really like/know the person whom I'm gifting, and most of the time I'm just lazy/busy with other things. This one is for a good artist who is also on weasyl, this is based off of a tron picture he did which has awesome colors to it, and between you and me... I really liked the choice of footwear he showed in that one picture.
