Mirari wears a set of super-dense weights that she takes off when things get real and/or she gets tired of your shit. The idea being she's waaaay faster and stronger without the encumbrance, to an absurd Kenshiro-esque degree.
But she doesn't want to accidentally hurt anyone or anything, so she keeps them on most of the time.

She could hit harder with them on, but they do slow her down quite a bit and her blows, while having more mass behind them, require significant wind-up to build momentum and are thus easier to anticipate, especially for a superpowered opponent who may have heightened reflexes.
And yes, she is blind! Kinda. The thing is, she can't see through her own eyes, but rather through the eyes of anyone nearby. It's disorienting and nearly useless in combat, but it is good for dodging eye-beam attacks at least.

Interesting... so, if she were to have snuu snuu with someone, she would be able to see herself... as she is being loved... from the point of view of the one doing the loving... thus, in a way, she is loving herself...
Imma stop that thought right there... I remember seeing something like that from Black Blood Blockade.

However, if she does hit someone with them on, shouldn't;t the bands deal more damage? As the are adding more Mass. Less mass -> More Speed.
Also, Is she blind or are her eyes just white?
