Lil'Jay is, obviously, Handsome Jack's clone. He was meant to be a body replacement for Jack to take over if he ever died, but oops that didn't go as planed. Jack doesn't really like Lil'Jay and booted him off Helios in a fit of anger sometime before his death.

Now Lil'Jay just lives on Pandora as an all around fixer upper and mechanic of sorts.

Jack doesn't like him cause Lil'Jay is just always happy and wants to help people rather then be a big pile of shit like him

and yes i pair him with Rhys I'm rhack trash don't judge me this is my semi-excuse to have him paired with a nice Jack in a way
