Meet Abiteth (which means a person, beast, or thing that devours or destroys in Old English), the devourer of lost human souls. It was originally a she many years ago, but after getting lost in the woods, dark spirits and demons transformed her body into a form that is both beast and human and yet no clear gender. It now wanders the forest in search of human souls. It will not however, devour the soul of a human with spiritual talents for some unknown reason. It has also been known to attack lost -living- travellers on rare occasions.
