They're highschool sophomores who act so different from one another, that people refuse to believe they are related (Selene dyes her hair and wears contacts)
Cyrus is a star football player and excels in math and science but slacks off/skips english and social, to his sister's disapproval
Selene on the other hand, excels in all her classes except for math in which she maintains an average of C's and B's, to her horror (Where she usually gets A+'s)

Selene also lost her right arm in a car accident because I can never have a nice normal character 8'D
