Thank you :D I do all my art in photoshop CS6 these days, and use a combination of textured overlays and custom brushes. You can download some great free texture brushes if you don't know how to make your own, then mess around with the brush setting until it makes the sort of lines your aiming for. I'm always messing with mine to get new textures.

I should mess with my art programs more, to be honest. I use Sai as my main, and Photoshop for some final touches (gradient shading effects and text when I'm not writing it out by hand).

Oh wow, you did a great job on the... veins I suppose? Anyways, on her arms. It's a detail I see a lot of people omit and even when included rarely as well done as here.
What program/brushes did you use, btw? This has a really cool texture thing going on!
