I actually didn't think about her initials many anything, haha. I kind of thought of it being like her nickname. Not sure what her real name would be but I'm sure someone else could think of that. :>

She is adorable. I would take her if my money wasn't wrapped up in bills. besides K.O. is an awesome name for a Boxing Bunny (especially if they are just her initials. (Kalulu Ophillia for Example)
