Literally, it's a pen XD! More simple Penyiar. Really, just an in-SAI effects test to get a rainbow colouration on the art. It does look nice though :). Also, while she has her old necklace which you can see on other arts, this is an alternative one based on two necklaces I actually have (a face turquoise one that has a cats eye effect, and a orange moonstone :)!).
