This is Perseus' new helm and colors, his old design was getting really weird looking(not to mention the colors did NOT go well together).
The visors have three functions:
Green: Night vision.
Orange: Only for sight/reading.
Blue: For seeing very long distances away(a bit like a telescope or binoculars).
