This is Phillip, a handsome red Chrysler PT Cruiser who is one of Axel and Buddy's other car friends. Like Owen Concorde, Phillip loves wearing the tuxspeedo and the fake flat mustache which makes him look nice and dapper whether for the pool or not. There's nothing else I can say about Phillip other than him pictured here in his inflatable form and Buddy loves it when he comes over.
