yerlin
a half dragon. he and his fully human half brother worked to make a place where humans and magical creatures could live in peace. Sadly dragons can outlive humans by many many centuries. Yerlin is not an exception to this rule.

Kava
a halberd wielding griffin. Kava joined Yerlin sometime after Yerlin started up his little town. He was the towns first official guard and still remains loyal to Yerlin to this day.

Kendelly
Yerlin's steward. He's very detail oriented and spends a great deal of his free time working on his 'gadgets'. His main role is somewhat as a stay at home ambassador since he can speak in several different tongues.

Jabberwocky
amphibious dragon that spends the better part of his time trying to get people to walk into his mouth.

Puka.
Young human who was rescued by grimm. He is now one of grimm's closest companions.

Pip
Opilin's mate. Pip met opilin on his way to the spade. He is now her life long mate, and father to two broods.

Opilin
Pips mate. Rare white mountain sphinx who decided that grimm's valley was a safer place to raise her pups. Being so close to the chimera she also helps in the care of Puka.

Grimm
Chimera who is the self appointed guardian of a peaceful valley. He's now raising an orphan human and is everyone's go to guy for help.
Despite his size and any chimera's reputation he's a gentle giant.
