I need help! Don't judge this on the work itself. I need to know what you think of the lining, speech bubbles, and things like that. I'm working on finding a program that allows screen-tone that you'd find in classic manga panels. That way It's not just grey tones, and is has a vibe of a traditional, Japanese manga. That's why this is flagged for critique.

Have you tried manga studio? It's around $50, but goes on sale for $20 at least once a year. It come w/ screentones, preset speech-bubbles and panel layouts! It has a little bit of a learning curve, but if you're going for a definite manga feel, I'd suggest it. (here's an example of what I was able to do just playing around in it for a few minutes) Another option is just doing it the old fashioned way with pens and paper and physical screentones, but that stuff can be spendy!
