The Lamborghini Miura S. When Ferruccio Lamborghini asked Ferrari to fix his clutch pedal and gave an idea on how to improve it, Ferrari told him that he had no idea what he was talking about and to keep making tractors. Ferruccio then decided after that he started into the sports car business. A couple years later, they came out with the Miura, which became a huge success.
