Jake is up next for some modernising. Though a lot of his concepts I didn’t really want to get rid of because they were basically what made Jake “Jake”, like the weird pointy nose I used to draw him with, his baggy pants, etc.

I changed his species so that he’s a hedgehog with spotted hyena heritage, and again adjusted his colours a little. His hair I’m still not 100% on but it works for what I need at the moment. It gives him that scruffy look of a guy that sleeps in all day then glances at a mirror and considers himself done for the day.
