As the title states above this character is free. However, there are terms and conditions that the new owner must follow.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The character's design can be changed as many times as the owner pleases. However, the owner must never change the light dot marking on its left brow.

2. All the character's info such as name, age, gender, etc. Will all be up to the owner.

3. On the first art work of the character the owner must give me credit for being the creator of it.

4. This character will only be given to someone who will USE it and not leave it somewhere collecting dust.

5. If the new owner no longer wishes to keep this OC then they must either give it away for free or return it to me. The owner is NOT allowed to sell this OC under any reason.
