As the title states above this character is free. However, there are terms and conditions that the new owner must follow.

1. The character's design can be changed as many times as the owner pleases. However, the owner must never change the blue marking that is shown next to the right eye.
All the character's info such as name, age, gender, etc. Will all be up to the owner.
On the first art work of the character the owner must give me credit for being the creator of it.
This character will only be given to someone who will USE it and not leave it somewhere collecting dust.
