Octavia had removed the pearl from its resting spot among the clearing in the coral fields, nothing at first seemed to be different from the norm until octavia turned around and looked out into the coral field, Normally the area had a abundence of sound about, the chirping of scallops in the air, the sounds of whales in the distance, but for some odd reason the place seemed dead silent.
Octavia seemed nervous for a moment, the oddness only making it clear that something was wrong.
Suddenly when walking a bit further away from the resting place with the pearl, octavia saw a flash form across her, darkness of a shadow formed over her body, a large body of a shadow swimming past causing the octopus to look up and see the end of a large fin forming over her.
Quickly her eyes trailed along the back end of this creatures tail as it soared past a large coral tree blocking her view of the entire thing, but it was obvious it was not something worth messing with, causing her to start swimming a bit faster to her home.

CRASH CRACKLE TARE! Sounded coral trees breaking as a large megaladon creature with hundreds of teeth growled as octavia screamed in terror only taking off with the pearl away from this large beast that crashed and tore through coral from its belly drag and ripping its razor blade like teeth against anything that got in its way as coral tree after coral tree octavia swam past shooting through coral tubes and over sand dunes before spotting what seemed to be a large pair of boulders that lead into a cave of sorts.
Closer and closer the megaladon drew near, its mouth nearly about to form around the small octopus and snap around its hundred rows of teeth around the girl and devour her, but right before she was shark food, her body turned to the side and squeezed her form through the boulder cracks while the loud sound of the megaladon crashing its huge teeth formed, bubbles rising all around with bits of blood forming into the air from the hard slam the shark teeth carved into the boulders with bits of rock floating and tooth showing the boulder had rather noticeable markings and indents.
