An idea I got after drawing Pokemon trainer Bennet's Paraudio a few times. Since Bennet is from Unova, I thought about designing a fan-made regional variant for Paraudio's evolution. This is the first concept doodle I did, so I can't say if it looks good or not. I may change some things as I work on it some more.
