Oh my gosh I love this picture, seriously. There's just something so beautifully unsettling about her, especially the eyes. And I don't just mean because she has three, I think it has a lot to do with how you shaped her eyes and shaded them, they're so deep and eye catching (I swear to god I did not intend that pun xD ) .
