Surface Tension by Oceanotter (critique requested)

Surface Tension (critique requested)

Oceanotter

If anyone were to be so unlucky as to be subjected so such a terrible fate, it would be Otter. Dropped into a mug of hot chocolatey chocolate, at such a very miniscule size, Otter is finding it incredibly difficult to escape his predicament. He quickly finds out that his small size is unable to break the surface of the water as the red dragon looms overhead watching, rocking the boat as it were. Waves to Otter were mere slight ripples to him as Otter helplessly slides along them in the sea of gooey marshmallows and liquid warm chocolaty goodness. The cup tips ever so slightly this way and that until Otter watches helplessly as it it tips towards the massive dragons parted lips, slimy shimmer of pink flesh flashing curving towards his impending destination...

I wanted to draw more of my own characters for myself so I did just that. Overall I'm rather pleased with how this turned out and I hope people like this.

    He is One Tasty Otter

Dude, this is rad. The perspective is good on its own, but the sheer size of the picture is what makes it really neat. The part with otter and the cocoa alone can take up my whole screen, and needing to scroll around to see more, only being able to see parts of the dragon's face at any given time, sort of brings the image to life; it tricks the viewers mind into thinking that they are tiny, before something huge.
It's really very cool, and I can't think of anything off the top of my head that's given that feeling quite so effectively before.

This is just way too flattering thank you x//x;; I was trying to, well normally I am always trying to go for that feeling, but I am super glad it hit home for someone, especially someone I am a fan of!
