More Bruce, from the same story as the last upload.

While he's at university he kinda hits a wall and gets into a fairly steep negative feedback loop/downward spiral, the end result of which is him scaring the pants off of his college roommate and being carted away to Williams on a three day hold.

Once that's up it's sort of generally agreed upon that he should stick around longer to get his shit together, and he's sent to an establishment in Arkham that's a little better prepared for that sort of thing.
(it's not at all a classic batcanon Arkham though- I imagine it more like the Inpatient Mental Health Services at Woodland Memorial Hospital in CA. I also imagine that the city is a lot like Woodland, and that it's about 20-40 minutes away from Gotham.)
