Drepa, a feral dragon, and his "small room" body. He has some genetic defects, which make him rather thin, and give him transparent iris (which appears red due the blood vessels)
His anthro body is about 2,2 metres tall (without horns). The wings in his feral body are a bit disproportional large for his size (this doesn't really come across here, which is due a lack of skill on my part)
The wings on his anthro body are too small to fly, which is because it was never supposed to be able to fly. The dragons once commissioned a university for a transformation spell, so they could enter normal buildings (it had political backgrounds).
