He is a wide-eyed and frightened off-color English Spot mix, and carries an identification ring on his left ankle. His flesh and fur condition may never bounce back.
It’s possible he is flighty and untrusting due to his history, or perhaps he’s an outgoing boy seeking love and kindness after being abandoned due to unfortunate circumstances~
