Mona Damos is the witch. She's completely monochrome, even her blood is black. She hides under the guise of a Farmer/Fortune Teller in the woods around Sursum Cordia (Where AAC takes place).

Ira is the son of the town Blacksmith, Phoenix Makhai. And is one of like.. 7+ kids. He left his family due to neglect and his father using him as bait for guards when he decided to try and rob someone. Father of the year material there... -snort-
