In Quebec, we have plenty of festivals of all kinds, but the one that makes us proud (especially for Simone and Matiah) is the Festival of Poutine !
It is a festival that serves potatoes with cheese, covered with a brown sauce. A dish created in our province.
This year, the festival broke a record of poutine served and eating. All this is due to two dragoness who eat a lot of poutine alone.
It makes the cooks so proud that they are deciding to make a mega big poutine in the shape of a dragon to thank them
