You might think it's difficult having large wings and being cold blooded when living where winters can get quite cold, but as you can see here, it's not a problem when you have the right clothing.
While flying generates enough heat for him to stay warm in the air, when on the ground Hazard just puts on his wing and tail mittens to keep his body heat in. His coat has pockets on the inside for microwaveable heat pads.
The back view gives a better view of how the coat fits around his wing membranes and then is zipped up. The wing mittens are large and baggy to allow them to be put on easily. The draw-strings tighten the mitten around where his wing membrane connects to his torso. The holes for his wing claws keep the mitten from moving around too much and becoming uncomfortable.
