In a universe where anthros rule and "extreme" body modification really isn't all that extreme, full gender changes and functional hermaphrodites are commonplace, and strict gender conformation isn't really a societal thing, sometimes a guy just wants his own set.
It wasn't any secret that Van's a big fan of a hefty set of breasts. Nobody knew what he was up to when he burned all three weeks of his paid time off from work in one go that year, but nobody was surprised when he came back from vacation sporting a gorgeous rack of his very own.
Simple, really.
A few weeks of light genome therapy and localized tissue growth, a trip to the clinic and twelve hours of intravenous growth serum to set things in motion, four days of careful monitoring and application of specialized serums to grow them in, two days in recovery for everything to settle and new hormone levels to normalize. Around seven days total stay, depending on starting and finishing size, and anyone who wishes can realize that particular dream. He took the other two weeks to go on vacation with himself, acclimate to his new center of gravity, do some shopping, and probably go fishing. He's happy with the change, not to mention a big hit down at the gun shop.

I wouldn't call him a "bustyboy" as most in that category seem to be pretty effeminate, whereas he is certainly not. He's just a dude with a glorious rack. Busty dude maybe. Who knows?

Won't call this 100% canon, but you'll probably see this version of him now and then in art because I can. :D
