Naomi's Digivice is modelled after the D-Ark. It acts as a conduit for Beelzemon to manifest in both the Human and Digital realm. However, as a Digivice of a Demon Lord, it grants great power to anyone that possesses it, often trying to tempt the minds of the weak through faint whispers and promises. If a Digivice of a Key Holder of sin is destroyed, the Demon Lord it serves dies with it.
