Machungu (Giraffe no ref yet) and Pipi (African Elephant -- fav.me/d68ujyd)
They're both babes ;I

Machungu means 'Bitter' in Swahili and she's a bit... well, snobby. No one knows why, but despite how irate she looks Pipi is kind of like her comfort blanket. Without her Machungu get's anxious and worried.

Pipi means 'sweet(s)' in Swahili and as her name says she's a very very friendly and sweet natured little girl with a penchant for making friends and giving good vibes to everyone she meets. As well as flowers...

They're both orphans and eventually become best friends as adults.
