After Judy Hopps became the first rabbit officer on the force, many prey finally stepped up to joining as well, putting their unique abilities to the job. Jonesy was one of them, inspired by Judy's dedication and enthusiasm. Of course, she employed her own methods and tools. For example, that is not a can of mace, but specialized pheromones that also incapacitate the offender, although it a more gentle way.
