I've done computer-aided circuitboard design by writing path draw commands out by hand. I'd consider art a real job. Yes, the creative world can be harsh to get anywhere in economically, and some of the competition for eyeballs is fierce. But it's a pretty shitty thing to say to someone "that thing you pour your heart and soul into [to be really good at] is not a legitimate career choice". Anyway, enjoy being put out of work as an Uber driver when the robot uprising happens. <:3`
