Arthur the armarouge, is well known for only following his own justice (whether good or bad) and he is ready to do anything to achieve his goals. Even the most extreme solutions, such as making an alliance with very dangerous characters.

Like here, where Arthur plans to team up with Regulusmon, a dragon Digimon known to be very dangerous and evil. Regulusmon aims to devour the entire internet, with the goal of destabilizing humans and all creatures who depend on this technology, to better subjugate them to him and become the Supreme Ruler of this world. He sees Arthur as a real opportunity, as a stupid Pokemon that he could manipulate at will to achieve his evil purpose.

But Arthur has powerful psychic powers that are able to read the black dragon's ambitions (assuming Regulusmon doesn't hide his ambitions behind a psychological barrier, because even though Arthur could override it, he doesn't, out of pure principle), and he knows at all times if Regulusmon is sincere or if he is going to betray him.

The Pokemon and the Digimon are therefore engaged in a dangerous psychological and manipulation game, but which of the two is the smartest to achieve their objective?
