Karmella is facing what a friend of mine calls "the New Kid Syndrome" that paranoia you get when you're new to a group, and unsure how people are going to react. Not only that, but she feels overshadowed by her predecessor in the rank of "Main Nido," feeling as if she needs to work much harder to have as much love as Natasha, ignoring the fact that Natasha's just simply been around longer.

Nata tries to comfort Karmella here, leting her know that she doesn't need to be Natasha to be amazing.
