I made an updated reference sheet as my old one was a little unclear. I was going to shade it but flats make it easier to see his design :)

I made some minor changes.
•Wing colours
•Belly now has a split down the middle
•Number of fingers/Toes

Neo has NO SCALES his belly is like a geckos, bumps of skin kinda thing xP
